ALL ORDERS take 5-7 business days to be shipped, regardless of the shipping option chosen at checkout.
Once an order has been placed we will NOT be able to make any changes or additions to your order. Additionally once an order has been processed to ship, the order CANNOT be canceled.
Priority Shipping is available for all packages. This shipping option has expedited delivery which is typically 3-4 business days. Priority shipping includes insurance on your package through the USPS.
If you receive a damaged mug upon delivery, you must file a claim with the USPS for the damaged item. All inquiries of damaged coffee mugs will be referred to the USPS and they will handle your refund.
After your order is place your shipping cost and delivery dates will be estimated for you and you will be provided a tracking number. Please note that once an item being shipped via USPS will not contain updates through the tracking number until the item has been delivered. Once your item has made it to the carrier we can no longer control delays that may occur during shipment due to weather ect.
We ship all orders to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned to us due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Please ensure and double check the address you have provided to ensure there are no errors. Additionally if any package is returned to S&C Custom Imaging by the carrier and is canceled by the customer or rejected/refused by the customer you (the customer) will still be subject to shipping cost and 20% restocking fee of the items on the order.
S&C Custom Imaging does not accept liability for any packages after they have been accepted by the USPS for delivery to customer. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.
